1. Understanding 17A Guardianship: What Families Need to Know (April 22nd – 5:30-6:30p)
Join elder law attorney Lauren C. Enea, Esq. for a virtual workshop exploring the purpose and process of a 17A guardianship — including when it may be appropriate, how to petition the court, the responsibilities guardians assume, and how to ensure ongoing support into adulthood

2. What Happens After Graduation? (April 29th 5:30p – 6:30p)Join panelists from Springbrook and OPWDD to explore next steps after graduation, including transition planning, adult services, and necessary supports.

3. Understanding Pooled Trust (May 26th – 5-6pm)
Hear from Key Bank’s Cindy J. McDonald, CFTA, National Director of Philanthropic Advice as she shares insight into how pooled trusts work, their benefits, and how they can help protect your loved one’s assets while maintaining full eligibility for SSI and Medicaid.
